Industrial tube ice machine
Tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space. Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customers requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption and minimal maintenance.

Product Features: *The tube ice looks like hollow cylinder. Tube ice outer diameter is 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm; tube ice length: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. The inner diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time. Usually it's between 5~10mm. *The mainframe asopts SUS304 stainless steel. It can put the food directly into the prduction room which cover a small area, low production cost, high frozen efficiency, save energy, short installation period and easy to operate. *The ice is quite thick and crystal, beautiful, long storage, not easy to melt and fine permeability. *Main application: daily using, vegetable fresh-keeping, pelagic fishery fresh-keeping, chemical processing, building projects and other places need to use ice. Features of tube ice machine: 1.Sanitary edible tube ice: The tube ice is cutting flat and even,and it can be directly edible or used to freeze drinks in cafe,bar,and restaurant. 2.Tube ice size: The length of tube ice is 25~42mm,three kinds of external diameters for your choice: 22,28 and 35mm,and the outside diameters is usually about 5mm~10mm. 3.Perfect design and easy operation: The machine has compact structure,which takes less area,and once connected with water and power supply,it can be put into production. 4.Full automatically: The whole ice making process is automatically controlled by PLC controller,and the thickness,as well as the length of the ice tube is also controlled automatically. 5.Evaporator: The evaporator is adopt stainless steel and with special heat treatment,the ice machine has better thermal performance. 6.Healthy: All the metal of the ice machine that touch with water are 304 stainless steel, impurities will be discharged through the water circulating bin. 7.Certification: As for the tube ice machine,we got CE/ISO9001/ISO10004 certification.

1).Installing for the user : we will test and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and videos are provided to guide the installation. 2).Installing by engineers: (1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer. (2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery. (3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
